Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of gu777 — the online gaming platform operated at gu777.co and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized pages, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered player account on gu777, identified by a unique username and associated with a verified Philippine email address and mobile number.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your gu777 wallet, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to your account subject to applicable wagering requirements and conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

Account Registration

To use the gu777 Platform, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions govern account registration:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on gu777. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify gu777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. gu777 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• gu777 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any registered account at its discretion, with or without providing reasons, in accordance with its obligations to PAGCOR and its internal risk and compliance policies.
• Account registration confirms your acceptance of these Terms. You may not use the Platform until your account has been verified and activated.

Identity Verification (KYC)

gu777 is legally obligated under its PAGCOR operating licence and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all players. The KYC process is mandatory and must be completed before any deposit, withdrawal, or bonus redemption is processed.

gu777 may require the following documentation to complete KYC verification:

• A government-issued photo identification document issued by a Philippine authority — acceptable documents include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), Passport, Driver's Licence (LTO), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PRC ID, or Voter's ID.

gu777 will handle all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your gu777 account are subject to the following conditions:

• All transactions on gu777 are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). No foreign currency deposits or withdrawals are accepted.
• gu777 supports the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. Available channels may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for other channels are specified in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

• gu777 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. Third-party fees levied by payment providers are the player's responsibility.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered within 180 days of inactivity may be subject to dormancy procedures in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• gu777 reserves the right to delay, hold, or reverse deposits if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, compliance concerns, or technical payment processing issues.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your gu777 account are subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals are available to players who have completed full KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the associated deposit, where technically possible. gu777 reserves the right to apply alternative payment methods for legitimate operational reasons.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya to verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Bonuses and Promotions

gu777 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms accompanying each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in each individual promotion's terms. gu777 reserves the right to determine player eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified for each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, bingo, and lottery games may contribute at reduced rates as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted, or exchanged for cash directly without meeting applicable wagering requirements.

• Bonuses expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

Gaming Rules and Conduct

All games on gu777 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's help or information section. The following general gaming rules apply to all games on the Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealing procedures (for live dealer games). gu777 warrants that game outcomes are not manipulated.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gu777 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit mathematical advantages in multiplayer games.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits or withdrawals to avoid reporting thresholds, or using gu777 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent self-exclusion, bonus restrictions, or any other account limitation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with gu777.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or compromises the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic access restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gu777 Platform — including but not limited to the gu777 brand name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, images, audio, video, and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive intellectual property of gu777 or is licensed to gu777 by third-party content providers ("Providers").

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from gu777.

Game content — including game mechanics, artwork, sounds, and pay tables — may be subject to independent intellectual property rights held by the respective game Providers. Unauthorised use of any Provider's content may expose you to independent legal liability separate from any action gu777 may take.

Privacy and Data Protection

gu777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your use of the Platform constitutes your consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gu777 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and applicable implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

gu777 is required by its PAGCOR licence and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to report certain player transaction data and suspicious activity reports to PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities. Such mandatory disclosures do not constitute a breach of player confidentiality under these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gu777 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

gu777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error, or defect. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to the Platform. gu777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

gu777 is not liable for any losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

gu777's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gu777's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Account Closure and Termination

Either you or gu777 may close your account, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting gu777 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding expired or non-qualifying bonus credits) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of pending KYC requirements and any applicable withdrawal processing.
• Closure by gu777: gu777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; account inactivity exceeding regulatory dormancy thresholds; or at gu777's discretion in compliance with its PAGCOR obligations.
• Where an account is closed by gu777 due to a breach of these Terms, gu777 may, at its discretion, forfeit the account balance as a remedial measure. Where no breach is found, any verified real-money balance will be returned after all standard processing checks are completed.
• Upon account closure, your right to access the Platform terminates immediately. Data retention obligations under applicable Philippine law continue after account closure as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. gu777 operates under a licence issued by PAGCOR, and PAGCOR's regulations have precedence in all matters pertaining to the Platform's licensed gaming activities.

In the event of a dispute between you and gu777 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting gu777 support at the email address listed in Section 18.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the dispute to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. gu777 accepts PAGCOR's jurisdiction over all gaming-related disputes arising from the Platform's licensed activities.

For disputes not falling within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

gu777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of any revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use after the effective date of any amendment constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms.
